Information notice on the processing of personal data

As VZR Group İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company”), we process your personal data as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) within the scope described below. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed
When you contact us through the contact form on our website, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp, we process your name, company name, email address, phone number and the information you share in your message.
3. Purposes
We process your personal data to answer your requests and questions, prepare quotations and conduct pre-contract discussions, establish and maintain a business relationship, and fulfil our legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) of KVKK: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (para. c), necessary to fulfil the data controller's legal obligations (para. ç), and necessary for the data controller's legitimate interests provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (para. f).
5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, email, phone and messaging applications.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to authorised public bodies under legal obligations and to the email, hosting and communication infrastructure providers we use, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
7. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by the relevant legislation; it is then erased, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction under Article 7; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
9. Applications
You can submit requests concerning these rights in writing to our company address or to info@vzrgrouptr.com, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature; where the action requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
